Randy Brown
Founder/CEO
Randy proudly serves as a United States Department of Defense Civilian Rabbi at Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital & Walter Reed National Medical Center. Randy has served as a delegate at the previous five World Zionist Congress and represents Kol Israel on the American Zionist Movement Board.
Originally from South Florida, Rabbi Brown received his BA from University of Florida in 1995. He spent his Junior year at Tel Aviv University to complete his MBA at Bar-Ilan University. Rabbi Brown taught Business English at Berlitz and assisted several high-tech firms with sales & marketing plans. Fluent in Hebrew & Spanish, he volunteered as Foreign Relations Correspondent for Former Prime Minister Shimon Peres.
After a successful career in Commercial Real Estate and Telecommunications, Rabbi Brown enrolled at the Jewish Theological Seminary to attain an MA in Jewish Education. During his tenure in Los Angeles as Director of Interreligious Affairs for American Jewish Committee (AJC), Randy was ordained at Academy of Jewish Religion, CA in 2010.

Rabbi Leor Sinai
Chief Advancement Officer
Rabbi Leor Sinai is a global speaker, education diplomacy thought leader, and seasoned campaign executive dedicated to building bridges and mobilizing influential actors to advance Jewish-Israel relations worldwide. Through strategic leadership roles—including previously as CEO at the Alexander Muss High School in Israel and currently Principal at Sinai Strategies—Sinai has traveled extensively, fostering collaboration and dialogue across diverse communities. Host of the podcast Anchors of Hope with Rabbi Leor Sinai, he creates space for meaningful conversations that strengthen connection and resilience in challenging times.
Rabbi Sinai received his rabbinic ordination and master's degree in 2009 and is currently a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership. He serves on the Jewish Agency for Israel's Board of Governors and on the boards of Kol Israel and Atchalta, a non-partisan think tank advancing social cohesion and national resilience in Israel. Originally from New York, Rabbi Sinai made aliyah with his family in 2011.

Imbar Slavat

I am originally from Toronto, where I was deeply engaged in Jewish communal life and developed a strong foundation in Jewish identity, leadership, and community building. After moving to Israel, I continued to build on that passion through both professional and volunteer work, including my involvement with Israel Food Rescue, where I helped bring hundreds of volunteers to Israel to support agricultural efforts. These experiences strengthened my commitment to meaningful engagement and hands-on service, particularly within diverse and globally connected Jewish communities. I now bring this perspective to my work with B’nai Bitachon, supporting Jewish families in the military through innovative, relationship-driven programs that foster belonging and leadership.
Eran Vaisben
Curriculum Specialist
Dr. Eran Vaisben earned his Master’s Degree in Jewish Education at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York and in 2014 completed his doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at The University of California, Davis. Between 2006 and 2018, he served as a school educator and administrator. He has lectured at numerous national conferences and academic programs, and has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of educational leadership, student services and Jewish learning. He currently serves as Inland and Desert Hillel Executive Director. In his free time, Eran plays guitar and piano.

Paul Becker
Rear Admiral Paul Becker, a 1983 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, served more than three decades as a naval intelligence officer and senior military leader. His career included intelligence assignments aboard USS Nimitz, USS Belknap, and USS John C. Stennis, as well as key shore and diplomatic postings in Paris, Macedonia, Hawaii, Bahrain, Afghanistan, and Washington, D.C. Following 9/11, he held several critical intelligence leadership roles supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Becker later served as Director for Intelligence at U.S. Pacific Command and, from 2013, as Director for Intelligence (J2) on the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

David Harris
David Harris, a lifelong Jewish activist, led American Jewish Committee (AJC), which has been described by the New York Times as the “dean of American Jewish organizations,” from 1990-2022. He was referred to by the late Israeli President Shimon Peres as the “foreign minister of the Jewish people.” Harris has been honored more than 20 times by foreign governments for his international work, making him the most decorated American Jewish organizational leader in U.S. history. Educated at the University of Pennsylvania and London School of Economics, he has been a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University and Oxford University.

Rabbi Oshrat Morag
Rabbi Oshrat Morag, Senior Rabbi of the Leo Baeck Education Center – ordained by the Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion’s (HUC-JIR) Jerusalem campus, Oshrat also has an M.A. (cum laude) in Biblical and Gender Studies. Oshrat previously served as a Rabbi in Cincinnati, Buenos Aires and at Or Hadash (also in Haifa) and is a graduate of the prestigious Mandel Program for Social Leadership.
Rabbi Ofek Meir
Rabbi Ofek Meir, headmaster and managing director of the Leo Baeck Education Center, has held numerous other positions with the Center. He also served as the director of the Israeli rabbinical program at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Jerusalem, from which he was ordained and earned a master’s degree in Jewish education. He also holds a musician’s degree in classical guitar from the Royal College of Music in London.
Shula Bahat
Shula Bahat served as CEO of Beit Hatfutsot of America, the U.S. support organization for ANU – Museum of the Jewish People in Tel Aviv. In that role, she worked on educational programs such as My Family Story, a global family-history project for students.
Ken Greenberg
Kenneth Greenberg is the National Executive Director of the Jewish War Veterans of the U.S.A. (JWV), where he oversees operations, leads advocacy and antisemitism initiatives, and manages the National Museum of American Jewish Military History. He represents JWV before Congress, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, and the White House, advancing policies that support veterans and military families. Greenberg also serves in leadership roles with The Military Coalition and the National Military Veterans Alliance. Previously, he held senior policy positions with VetsFirst and The Retired Enlisted Association and spent 33 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs, earning the Secretary's Distinguished Career Award in 2013.
Daniel Flesch
Daniel Flesch is an adjunct fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD). He is the executive director of the Defense Technology Alliance.
Prior to joining FDD, he was the senior policy analyst for the Middle East and North Africa and combating antisemitism at The Heritage Foundation. Daniel also served in the Israel Defense Forces and as senior advisor to Israel’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
His perspective on antisemitism, Israel, the Middle East, and defense have been featured in CBN, CNBC, CNN, Fox News, JNS, The New York Times, Newsmax, The Times of Israel, and other outlets. He received his master’s degree in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and his B.A. in political science and history from the University of Illinois.
Jeff Jacob
Major General (Ret.) Jeffrey Jacobs is a lifelong Jewish leader, attorney, and retired U.S. Army Reserve commanding general whose career has been defined by service to both the nation and the Jewish community. A second-generation Jewish American soldier, Jacobs has spent more than six decades strengthening Jewish life in the military, as an Army child, West Point cadet, officer, commander, and now lay leader and advocate. He serves as a leader of the West Point Jewish Chapel Fund, helping ensure that future generations of Jewish cadets can thrive in an environment that embraces religious identity and pluralism. Deeply committed to preserving vibrant Jewish communities within the armed forces, Jacobs continues to champion Jewish education, worship, and leadership while mentoring the next generation of Jewish military leaders.
Adam Frost
Adam Frost is Managing Director of Innovation at Equivoke, LLC, where he advises organizations on cognitive security and strategic innovation. Previously, as Senior Vice President at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, he helped launch more than $3 billion in financing to strengthen U.S. competitiveness against China, including the Bank's first 5G and critical minerals transactions. A U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel and China Foreign Area Officer, Adam has served in Defense Attaché Offices worldwide and previously led an infantry platoon in Iraq. He holds master's degrees from Georgetown and Brandeis Universities and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
Jennifer Eng-Kulawy
Commander Eng-Kulawy earned a B.S. in Biochemistry, magna cum laude, from Stony Brook University and attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine through the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program. A board-certified pediatric hospitalist, she graduated first in her pediatric residency class and has held key leadership roles at Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center. In 2026, she was selected as Executive Officer/Chief of Staff. She has deployed on Pacific Partnership and Enduring Promise, holds academic appointments, and has received two Meritorious Service Medals among numerous military and professional honors.
